Mr. Nemecek earned a B.A. in Management from the University of Dearborn-Michigan in 1998. He graduated cum laude from the University of Detroit Mercy law school in 2007. While attending law school he worked as a law clerk for the firm of Allard & Fish, P.C. in Detroit, Michigan. He has also volunteered for the Detroit offices of the Legal Aid and Defender Association. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Federal Bar for the Eastern District of Michigan and is admitted in U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
