Elias “Lee” Majoros specializes in creative and unique solutions for clients in complex legal disputes. Lee represents individuals and businesses in the area of debtor and creditor rights, bankruptcy, real estate, and state & federal tax matters. He also specializes in bankruptcy litigation on behalf of Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy trustees and private litigants in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases. Finally, Lee also provides clients with advanced asset protection planning.
 
Lee was formerly a trial attorney at the office of District Counsel, Internal Revenue Service, U.S. Department of Treasury in Detroit, Michigan. At the Office of the District Counsel, Lee represented the Internal Revenue Service in a variety of federal tax disputes including trials in the United States Tax Court. Lee also represented the Internal Revenue Service in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and U.S. District Court as a Special Assistant United States Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice in Detroit, Michigan. Lee is a former shareholder in the law firm of Allard & Fish, P.C. in Detroit, Michigan. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. Lee has given educational presentations for the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, Institute for Continuing Legal Education and American Bankruptcy Institute.
